hacked account

how long did it take for any of you to get your account back after being hacked? I can’t create a support ticket with my email that was associated with that account so i had to do a different email. they haven’t messaged me back in three days after stating i’ll have to create a ticket with the original email but i literally can’t. I tried to create one but once i do a password it shows up in turkish asking for a 2FA.
