Urinalysis Results

Had results similar to this 6 months ago at urgent care (went due to back pain). Recent results were done as part of a physical with my primary care.

Protein (1+), Occult blood (3+), WBC Esterase (Trace), Epithelial cells, non renal (>10), RBC (>30)

I'm 41F. Never smoked, don't drink alcohol. All of my other general bloodwork has been fine. I have had slightly high results for kappa light chains and IgA. After dealing with some symptoms, I was diagnosed with POTS a few months ago.

Current medications include metoprolol and gabapentin for pots symptoms. I also take a daily D3 supplement.

My primary dr sent me for a renal ultrasound and it was fine, so she referred me to a urologist. Are these results concerning?
