What would you choose for a walking route
No route is going to be perfect so there will likely be part of the route you just don't like.
I have an option of a T6 string that I've become tired of but its in a more suburban area with mostly one family homes. Then there's a route in a more sububan/urban area with multi-family homes. The route is considered pretty bad. Some homes have a lot of stairs and there are some big hills.
I like the spirit of the suburban/urban area and there are nicer girls. I think it has some decent spots to eat or stop for a drink as well.
I also think the challenge of maintaining a route like that can be more rewarding. Rather than just being a T6 and doing what the regular tells me.
The other side of it is would doing a route like that be much more taxing on the body that its ultimately best to stay on strings of better routes.
There'd also be the factor of apartment buildings and just how much you want to deal with messy apartments with maybe high turnover.
