So uh, what's wrong with the campaign?

I played the campaign over the last couple of nights. Not normally a campaign player, the last one I finished was back on Battlefield 4 so I could get the SAW. Anyways, I've seen a lot of posts bashing the campaign, but what made me want to try it was the fact that you get to run it with others and also you continue to progress and earn XP while in the mode. So I played through to the end and according to Xbox I'm among the 0.7% who've done so.

Now, how did I like it? Well, at times I had a lot of fun. my one complaint might be that its too easy, or maybe too similar to zombies. But there was a lot of fun to have during the easy missions.

So to the people who hate BO7's campaign, can you tell me what I am missing? I give it a 6. if it was harder to beat, it could be an 8.
