Need help, stuck in 4 high

T case actuator got stuck while it is locked in 4. I don’t get any clicky clicky from the dash when I move the switch. Ive checked fuses: passenger kick panel: #10 and #28; underhood #27. All were ok. Idk what to next besides yoink the actuator and manually shift it to 2 until I get a new actuator. I was hoping I blew a fuse from the motor pulling too much current and at least be able to get it back to 2 until the weather warms up to fuck with it.
