Anyone else having problems with strategems loading wrong on drop?

Yesterday I dropped into two missions (one on bits and one on bugs) where the strategems i picked from the previous mission are what I dropped into a subsequent mission with. I just tried to drop into a mission and the only strategems I had were the sos beacon, reinforce, and reinforce.

What is going on? I know this game can be buggy at times but it seems like we're headed back into the realm of unplayable...
