Kid goes to prison after fighting in school and plays football and eats pizza

The book is an alternate future where America has become "safe" to the point where if you fight with someone you will be sent to prison.

The main character starts with being in school, someone gets sick and everyone is scared. He is a track star that has to wear essentially a Power Rangers outfit for "Safety." He ends up getting in a fight with another kid and he gets sent to prison where he plays football against other prisons for kids and the food they eat is Pizza because Pizza is no longer "safe" and no one cares about the prison.

It ends with him running away from prison, getting back to civilization, and decides to go to a different country because the United Safer States of America sucks.
