Help!! Chiang Mai ticket - bought it but did not get any confirmation?!

Can someone please help me understand how does the Chiang Mai Lantern fest ticket works? I just made the purchase and got my receipt as a confirmation but no email as such! The transaction went through - I got a charge on my card, but I still do not see any email confirmation.

Can someone help me here please?
