Need advice:FaceAuth SDK for Android

Hello everyone, I’m currently working on developing a Face Authentication SDK for Android,the goal is to make the SDK reliable for very large apps (potentially millions of users) while keeping performance smooth on a wide range of Android devices.

Some areas I’m particularly looking for advice on: • Best practices for face recognition pipelines on mobile (on-device vs server verification) • Handling liveness detection effectively without slowing down the UX • How large apps manage SDK performance and memory usage on lower-end devices • Strategies for scaling backend verification services if millions of authentications happen daily • Secure storage of biometric templates and privacy considerations • Versioning and distribution of the SDK (we’re considering AWS CodeArtifact).
