Can I use own Med Bed at Onyx?

So I just went to do my second Onyx facility for the Investigation contract line, and I took my Apollo Medivac so I could use the T1 Bed as my Regen point if I died

Immediately upon entering into the Engineering wing I got dropped by another player, and finished off. When I went to respawn it said my chosen Regen point was unavailable and respawned me at Orison, and the ASOP showed my Medivac as destroyed

Am I not able to use Regen at Onyx facilities, or did I just get unlucky? I’m still going to be using the ship for these runs as I can use the beds for healing myself when dropping of loot, but just wondering if it’s not worth setting it as a Regen
