Using more dose medication than doctor has prescribed

I am an OCD patient with severe anxiety. I have unknowingly used medication 3 times more than doctor has priscribed. It should be setrima 50mg. Today only i know, that i am taking setrima 150mg amd its been 20days.

Right now, i am feeling stiffness on my forehead. Similarly my anxiety has worsen more and these days i am been dealing with frequent confusion.

Now, what step should be taken to deal with this problem.?
