Has anyone had success convincing Freedom support to let you keep bonus data when switching plans?

I currently have 113.5 GB of data for $34/month. 50GB with the plan + 40 GB bonus + 23.5 GB bonus. I'm temporarily without home internet for the next few months, and I need more data. I don't want to lose my current plan, but if I could get the 100GB base plan for $49/month and keep my 63.5GB bonus, it would be worth it.

I read on this subreddit that someone managed to convince support to let them keep their bonus data when switching plans, but no luck with the one agent I asked. Has anyone been able to do this?
