Built a tool to end the "WP License Spreadsheet" mess. Thoughts?

Review

Imagine sitting down to start a new client project, and instead of the usual 60-minute "setup grind"—hunting for license keys in your emails, downloading the same five plugins for the tenth time this month, and doing the "login dance" between different dashboards—you just click one button.

I’ve spent way too many hours managing "The Spreadsheet of Doom" where I tracked which client had which license and which stack. It felt like I was spending more time on admin than on actual building.

So, I built a tool to solve my own headache. It’s a central cockpit where you:

  1. Define a Client once.
  2. Create a "Stack" (your go-to set of plugins/tools).
  3. Assign & Sync: You assign that stack to the client, and a small bridge plugin handles the heavy lifting, syncing everything directly to their WordPress site.

It’s designed to take the "boring" out of the agency workflow so we can get back to the work that actually matters.

I’m at the point where I need fresh eyes on it. I’m not looking to sell you anything—there’s a "Free Plan" specifically so people can just test it out and see if it fits their workflow.

Could you guys take a look? Does this solve a pain point you actually have, or am I just over-optimizing my own mess?
