Odd question about Razer Blade 14

Hello, this is a bit of a weird problem im experiencing

I have the 2025 razer blade 14 laptop with a 16x10 aspect ratio. I primarily use it plugged into a 1080p monitor. When used like that, the performance in games is very stable and most games run very smoothly. However, when I use it with just the laptops display, many games will have micro stuttering all over the place. Like, games will be running at 120 fps, and frame counters will even say so. However there is very visible stuttering Happening when moving the camera quickly and things like that. I will literally put games to the lowest settings running at below 1080 p and it will still be present, which is weird because on my monitor I can run games like stellar blade at max settings with mostly smooth performance. My only idea would be that maybe because the screen has an uncommon resolution and aspect ratio it causes some games to behave weirdly. have not been able to troubleshoot with Google successfully. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you
