really bad back pain at 17

hey guys is there any way to get it fixed i’ve had back pain really bad back pain for the past 2 week it’s to the point where i can’t even stand up right or sleep when my back to the bed i wouldn’t say im the best in shape but i actively do theater and tennis so i don’t know if it’s cause of my build or because of what i can’t stand the pain anymore and everytime i get up i wanna cry it’s been making me extremely depressed is there any tips or suggestions please im begging im too young to be feeling this way and i feel like im going to die
