Rc iuhs

So I keep seeing on the trading bulletin people asking for highs for their low and mid rare coat iuhs. Do all of them go for highs or just certain ones? I have a blessed white quarter horse, a blessed red dun tabiano Icelandic, a Grey diamond standardbred, and a sunrise streaks black blanket appy im thinking about trading but im not sure if they are all worth highs.
