Preventative maintenance question

2013 F150 Ecoboost supercrew with 150k miles on it. A friend who is a long time mechanic who has no monetary motivation in doing so told me at this mileage I should replace the alternator, water pump, and serpentine belt whether they need it or not. Any thoughts on this? Thank you!
