Stuttering in DBD

Hi, im currently struggling with stuttering, i've watched a few youtube videoes to get better graphics, like reshape etc. Also editing engine for smooth mouse and 240 fps, 240 caused super slow gameplay so i removed it as the youtuber warned about this. Anyways, i get stuttering here and there, which alwas screw my 360s vs the killers and can be annoying with skillchecks, i have a good pc as i can run cs2 smoothly with 400+ fps. Do anyone know what my cause this issues and maybe a fix so i can play with 240 fps?

I always play survivor if that makes any difference.
