Adopted an Indian pariah puppy from one of my friend's dog pair.

as the title suggests, i adopted an Indian pariah puppy from one of my friends... now i don't know the basic things about dogs, so I bought pretty much everything he needs, (pedigree, baby bottle , and a leash.) He didn't feed on anything for today. Will be vaccinating next week. Any advice provided will be helpful.
