Looking to network and make friends

28M, I finished my bachelors at WLU in 2024 which I found interesting and fun but not much jobs in that field. I’m looking to complete my masters or post-grad but in the mean time I run a somewhat successful business. I like learning new skills and listening to audio books. I’m great with communication and have been in several jobs where communicating was key. But the area that I struggle with is building deep connections and friends. It was so much easier during school days or when you had a common ground. I’ve had a lot of good friends throughout my school days but most were weed smoking buddies. Since I’ve stopped smoking after my schooling, I’ve had to end that friendship or it faded out. And the other few I barely talk to as they are all at different phases in life. I still would help them if they were in the need but Im re-evaluating my life and would like to surround myself with people who I look up to.

So this is an attempt to just network with people who are also self-employed, have been in a similar situation, know any job openings or pretty much anyone that wants to chat and provide some insight.
