I keep texting him

My ex 19M broke up with me 20F mid January after almost 2 years. He says it’s cuz he couldn’t deal with a past “relationship” I had and since he couldn’t deal with it he instead decided to lose feelings for me. The “relationship” was a person I had hookups with shortly before me and my ex got together and it was in a friend group I still hung out with for the first month of the relationship but I stopped as soon as he expressed how it made him uncomfortable. That friend group was also toxic and he got me out of that. He said he still loves me and wishes I was the one but that he can’t change his mind even though his heart wants me. He blocked me on everything but tiktok. We had a conversation 2 days ago that I started and we talked for two hours about how our lives have been going and he said he will always be there for me if I’m struggling but we will never get back together and need to move on. I can’t.
