Restaurants that are dog friendly?

My wife and I have a 6 month old Doberman that we've been socializing. We've exposed her to basically everything except sitting still in a restaurant while we have a meal.

It''s been difficult to practice that this winter because, of course, restaurants usually don't have outdoor seating when it's this chilly.

My question is this: does anyone know of a restaurant that DOES have dog-friendly, climate-controlled outdoor seating? How about indoor & dog friendly?

Thanks in advance.
