Sorry for the inconveniences, can a brother ask for 25$?

(I'm from India and i put $ because i feel like it would be easier to understand for other people outside India)

It would mean ALOT for me if anybody is kind enough to fulfill my request. It is even embarrassing for me as 23 M, but I'm really short for this month's electric bill and water. i have just started my small barber shop with a loan, and with only 1 to 2 clients a day, sometimes 3 a week, it's a really hard month for me.

I have a friend who has PayPal which i believe i can provide, if none wants or isn't eligible for now, I understand that. i ask it in here sub reddit for better and wider range.
