!!!Need help in replicating a project from a paper

Is there anyone who has skill in Comsol, specifically dealing with laser- tissue interactions. I am stuck in replicating a work from a paper. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23184405/ Can someone help me through this work? I am stuck in modelling the PDE and Bioheat equation specifically. I am badly in need of help.
