Should I be worried about my chances after getting rhabdo in the academy?

Had severe muscle fatigue and noticed my urine was really dark. Immediately knew I had rhabdo and took myself to the ER. I was in the hospital for 2 and half days with ck levels above 22,000 with zero signs of liver or kidney damage. My ck levels never went below what the lab could read so they released me with a treatment plan of drinking a gallon of water a day and another blood test on monday. Other than some muscle soreness, I feel completely fine. Should I be worried this will get me kicked out of the academy?
