Penn foster debt

Hello, I signed up for penn foster in august of last year but I was let go of my job and wasn’t able to make the payments. I got an email from penn foster saying that my debt has been moved to a debt collection company a couple of months ago. I got a new job and will be able to make payments now and I am just wondering if i can make the payments on penn foster or do I have to do it through the debt collection company? And will I be able to continue with the schooling once I give the overdue payments and fees?
