Hop Dipping with Dynaboost
So Im using Dynaboost for the first time in a brew this week. Its going to be Simcoe Dynaboost, this stuff is really pricey and Im hesitant to use it in the whirlpool as Im worried some could bind to the trube and not carry over to the FV.
That being said Im leaning towards the hop dipping method. I have a modified half bbl keg I can divert 180 degree wort into and dose the dynaboost there, wait 10 or 15 minutes then push in into the FV in line during KO.
Anybody have experience doing this method or something similar? Really any advice in maximizing this product would be greatly appreciated.
