my dad's threatening to kick me out

Hey guys I just need to vent right now. I left Islam a year ago and tried to probe my parents' thoughts on athiesm before. Unsurprisingly, they both said that they wouldn't see me as their child anymore if I ever left Islam.

So I've been pretending to fast all week, but I eat and drink in my room. My room is on a seperate floor from everyone else and I have a fridge and microwave up here. I was tired yesterday and was taking a nap around iftar time. My dad came to wake me up and since I wasn't hungry, I told him to let me sleep and that I'd get up to eat later.

That seemed to light a fuse in him cause he exploded. He said he was tired of my shit, he wanted me out, he'd call the cops to come kick me out, etc. All cause I didn't want to eat during iftar...

He called my mom, she started sending me a bunch of voice messages on whatsapp. I deleted them without even listening to them. Then my uncle calls me (cause of course my mom had to blab to everyone in my family). My cousins start calling me cause my uncle told them to talk to me.

All this because I didnt want to eat iftar. I dont even want to think about what would happen if they find out that I dont fast.

I'm already sick of Ramadan. I'm sick of the idea parents have that they can control what their children believe in. If they'll only love me because I believe in the same fictional deitiey they believe in, is that actual love?
