I need feedback from people who play video games.

Hi! I’m creating a character design portfolio project called “12 Instruments – 12 Fighters”, where I design characters for a fighting game. Their visual designs and mechanics are all inspired by the musical instrument they’re based on.

The fighting style would be similar to games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, JoJo’s All-Star Battle R, and others in that genre.

I’d really appreciate your feedback on the character designs. Each image in this post includes one character with two design variations, their name, a photo of the musical instrument they’re based on, and a short description.

I know 12 characters is a lot, so please don’t feel pressured to review all of them. Just give feedback on the ones you like the most.

As for the type of feedback: you can comment on the character’s design, pose, description, name — anything you’d like. You can also mix elements from both variations if you want, like “I liked the pose from Design 1 but the appearance from Design 2.”

Just to clarify, the game’s vibe is more lighthearted and comedy-focused, not a super serious story-driven fighting game.

This is a fictional project, and there are no current plans to turn it into a real game.

Fictional Fihting game project. I need your opinion.
