Assioma Pro MX dual sided

Hello gang

I am currently riding some dual sided shimano pedals on my gravel bike and I do like the possibility to hop on the bike with normal shoes for is quick ride to the supermarket for example. Since I want to purchase some power meter pedals like the Assioma pro mx I am looking for a possibility to somehow change one side from spd to flat. Would that be possible somehow?
