Alaska 7 day on discovery princess Alaska southbound. t mobile service at sea ?

I have T-Mobile with satellite connection. I’m taking the discovery princess cruises from Anchorage, Alaska to Vancouver in June. On previous sailings with Royal Caribbean even if you don’t buy the Wi-Fi package, your phone still works with iMessage and WhatsApp. I’m wondering if there’s a similar type of feature, that’s available on Princess cruises. If not, does anyone know or have experienced the availability of data service at sea because we’re so close to the land or even using the satellite service on their phone for free? TMobile starlink I think it's called.
