Are there any Virtual IOP for trauma recovery covered by Medicare?

I'm looking for suggestions of a local or national virtual intensive outpatient program for trauma recovery.

I have two requirements (listed below), which may make finding help difficult. Any information is appreciated.

I'm deaf and speak (no signing) and would need captioning for all groups and individual work.

I have Medicare and a 20 percent copay per session which is a burden. Places that offer scholarships or financial help or sliding fee scale would be ideal.
