“Maximum length for this conversation” - what’s the best way to start a new thread with all the info/context

I know there is a few posts on this but seems some of the solutions have some drawbacks (e.g not getting all the context). I am unable to edit a previous post to ask it to summarise everything. So what’s the next best option?
