Ti frame / frame set for under £1500?

Can you great people give me some advice on whether a titanium frame for £1500 or less is a bad idea? Interested to know whether people think there's some kind of quality drop-off under a certain price. E.g. Gloria's all road Ti frame set.

I'm planning to build up a winter / touring bike that can take a bit of a beating and like the idea of getting a titanium frame. I have a group set from a recent road bike which I plan to transfer over (ultegra R8000) so am really just interested in people's thoughts.
