I Feel Bad

I am your ordinary muslim. I pray 5 times elhamdulillah but, I feel I void quran and the muslim world too much because of my studies (I will enter the university exam inshallah). I feel I am not a muslim sometimes. My brothers and sisters who went through the same thing, do you have any advice how can I change this situation?
