Account hacked after many years of not playing

Hey, i havent played roblox in 5 years and tried logging in to my old account. However my password that i know for sure is right doesnt work anymore. I made a new account to check if my old account had gotten hacked, and it had. The display name and avatar has changed. Is there any way i can get back the old account. I remeber the email i used for the account, if thats for any help. Please help
