Indie Dyer & malabrigos

I recently ordered from Indie Dyer and noticed that it came from Warehouse Yarns Malabrigos.

I've never used or ordered from malabrigos so I can't make a tactile comparison. Is it the same yarn or do they just share a warehouse or something?
