Visiting week of 5/16-5/22 looking for recommendations…

I apologize for any redundant questions in advance that may have been answered prior to my post.

I have several questions and was hoping for some recommendations…

We are staying in Oslo for Constitution Day and would love a recommendation on where to celebrate (food wise). I understand places can book up quickly so wanted to try and be prepared. Our plan is to then go to Flam Monday and Monday evening, Bergen Tuesday into Wednesday and Geilo Wednesday into Thursday returning back to Oslo.

Google search and chatGPT have offered a lot of suggestions but wanted to see what real experience folks had in these areas.

We are quite fit and love to hike. So hikes in these areas would be great. Any other must see attractions greatly appreciated.
