Tirzepatide delayed flu

I'm on about week 3 of titrating up, I've really had no problems other than my face flushes a lot. I'd say I'm only on about half the recommended dose at this point.

I gave myself my last dose a whole week ago. Last night I had terrible flu symptoms, body aches, chills, high heart rate of 140 throughout the night. I've been around people who had the flu but I just tested negative for flu a b & covid.

Is it possible this is due to the tirz ? My next scheduled dose is today but I feel like I should recover first, I still feel like crap but much better than last night. I have a doctor's appointment Wednesday but just wondering if others have had similar experience.

I have a hard time believing this could be caused by an electrolyte imbalance because I'm still eating basically the same, but can the medication cause that even if I'm eating the same? Thanks for any info!
