Where should we go for St. Paddy's WEST LOOP? Bachelorette and 30th BDAY??

Hi Friends!!

Celebrating my Bachelorette and 30th birthday, the weekend of St. Paddy's celebrations March 12-15th! 9 girls including myself will be staying around West Loop area. We are getting overwhelmed with google searches on what to do on Saturday, so figured I'd ask in here. We're going to do a slow morning brunch at our Airbnb, then go see the river (take pics) and hopefully head out on the town for the day. Ideally looking to be out by 12 noon ish. Definitely not interested in waking up and doing the ass crack of dawn drinking, I'm too old for that and would never survive lol. We ideally want to stay around our Airbnb ish to avoid having to uber and the traffic. Anyone have any fun spots in West Loop or nearby? Old St. Church?
