How on earth do I get good at AP Chemistry

We’re already in the latter half of the year, I study for every single test and I fail every single time. Our teacher does 60 mcqs, and 4 frqs for every test with no curve, and the class is starting to feel impossible. And it’s like no matter how much I study I learn nothing. Maybe this is just me studying improperly, but I don’t know how to go tackle it. Our next test is units 1-7 + 9 and I really just want to pull through on this one. I mean we get our old tests back but I don’t even know how to go about using those. Are there any tips or any resources that might be able to help me pass this test with a good score? I just really don’t want to fail again.
