Experience having problems with orders and couriers

I'm gonna share my experience with ordering from shopee to express and maybe spread awareness. I admit I may be too much relying to order online which I'll be stopping that bad habit for sure.

I have experienced buying from a verified shopee mall products especially on sale. Though there are other specific orders I received but not based on their advertisements. Also I'm not saying all verified shopee mall stores but it actually depends. It is really disappointing, best to be aware with some verified shopee mall stores that promotes authenticity of their product could manipulate the orders such as packaging a counterfeit, tampered, or even expired item. It's also possible that whatever distributors they rely on for the products could be a crossing of authenticity and fake.

Have they ever check on their products before shipping? Or simply they know what they're doing and not taking accountability?...

Now about the couriers, I have negative and positive experiences. But most negative is with J&T unfortunately. I'll only mentioned this one experience with the courier that I was expecting to deliver, but there was a problem that occured. We both had contacted through a single call and a bunch of messages. But when I check the track of delivery because I was wondering why the courier is taking so long. The delivery was marked "Unsuccessful" because the courier's reason was "The recipient stopped/didn't answer the call". I was frustrated and reported about it because during our call it was the courier who stopped the call... Honestly, the courier was probably either frustrated or impatient. He didn't even deliver my package but could have been honest with the reasoning. I didn't exactly want to upset him, so I messaged him if he could give it to another courier who can actually deliever, but he responded that it seems like I took it differently and he was probably offended even though it's a simple request. I decided to tip him in gcash with a message: "Sorry, here is your tip." I wouldn't like to get into more trouble with this courier and decided that I'll be sorry for the hassle since I have understand that he's working hard (but I know it doesn't really excuse of how he behaved though I hope he appreciates the tip and improve his life earnings.)

I've looked up that there are people who had problems with J&T...

Hopefully J&T improve their customer service and couriers in most cases.
