This is eating away at me

So I had protected anal sex on the 28th of December, I was the bottom. The top was big so he used lots of lube. He came inside me twice.

I go home and I douched my ass out to clear it of the lube and stuff, but when I was douching a fluid that looked like lube/cum came out. Now the issue is, it wasn't lots to be cum and colourless to be lube. We had sex in the dark and I don't think the condom ripped.

Fast forward to January 15th, I had a sore throat. Went to the doc and he said it was a throat infection. I remember catching myself sleeping with my throat open. It lasted for about a week with antibiotics.

Fast forward to February 19, a whole 8weeks since the sex and I did a finger prick test (3rd gen) and it was negative.

But I'm worried what I was exposed or whatever and the test was too early? I don't have any symptoms aside from that... But every day it's like I have a new symptom and it drives me crazy even though those aren't symptoms. I've been checking my lymph nodes regularly too, none of them have been swelling even when I had the sore throat.
