Can you downgrade an iPhone 6s on iOS 15 to iOS 10.3?

i wanna get an iphone 6s but the games i wanna play on it are 32 bit and i heard apple removed 32 bit app support at ios 11, is a downgrade possible? or is there a way of playing 32 bit games on ios 15?
