Neymar Jr. or Ronaldinho ?

Brazilian Football has given us the most skillful players in the game. Ronaldinho was probably the 1st guy who actually defined skills in football to the next level. But after there was one guy who arguably changed the viewers perspective. Maybe Neymar played in the so called social media era he is more glorified than dinho but what he did was really criminal. Solely on your perspective who is better ?
