SC just passed a nitrous oxide bill out of committee unanimously. Here's what it actually says.

S.751 cleared Senate Judiciary on February 18th with a unanimous vote. A companion House bill (H.5202) was introduced the same day. Together they represent two different approaches; one regulatory framework, one near-total prohibition.
