New to nids - army help

I’m a newer player, and I’ve been playing Orks since November and unfortunately as much as I love the models, I just don’t enjoy their play style.

A buddy of mine has given me a bunch of tyranids he’s collected from boxes etc and never built as a second army to play as I’m just not enjoying getting demolished with Orks. I don’t know anything about tyranids. Here is what I’ve got - keep in mind this is just a list for me to track what models I have, not an intended played list. I've also got the crusher stampede box which are not included in this list. I have no clue which model to build out f all thenoptiond
