Lamictal (lamotrigine) side effects

Hello I've been on lamictal for around 4 months. About 4/5 weeks ago I increased my dose from 175mg to 125mg and have felt like shit ever since. I feel slow to the point it's unbearable, I get little dizzy things where I get dizzy for like 5 seconds many times a day, I'm randomly anxious for no reason and my vision is just generally bad. With the vision thing I'm not entirely sure what exactly it is but it looks like how it would look if you were mildly dizzy. But I'm not. I'm thinking it could be double vision but really mild but I feel like if it was you would definitely be able to tell. It's just weirdly fuzzy but in a strange way and it only started after the increase in dose. It's is a listed side effect but my issue is I don't know how I'm meant to describe "things looking funny" to my neuro. Thinking he might not be too happy with the lack of description lol. Anyone with a similar experience with any of these side effects? (Please help I'm losing my mind I need to get off this medication) Thanks :) 👍
