GH Ps2 Guitar on PS4

Hello,I'm going to buy for my Ps2 GH Metallica with the whole bundle, with guitars and game. But I was wondering if I could use that same guitar on my Ps4, specifically on Fortnite. Does anyone know how to make that work?

(Idk if it's important or not,but the guitar is wireless.)
