Microdosed accutane with PCOS?

Hi there! 32F, I’ve had a shit show of the last year + since getting off of birth control and being diagnosed with PCOS. My main PCOS symptom is acne, and I’ve tried a lot of things over the last year - inositol, elimination diets, Biocidin regimen to treat GI mapping results, spironolactone, Androease supplements, liver detox supplements, clindamycin, etc. etc. I’ve been on metformin 1500XR 1 month and 3 weeks of doxycycline for acne right now, I know I need to give it more time. But I’m so emotionally fatigued by this process that I went down a rabbit hole yesterday to see if accutane might be an option. I had Hodgkin’s lymphoma with ABVD chemo when I was 20 so I have been trying to avoid the added toxin for my liver, but I am considering the microdosed version of accutane. Anyone have success with that? Also was considering trying winlevi, but the results seem so mixed that I’m scared. Any advice appreciated ♥️
